From Artwork to Finished Garment

  • PRINT — High-quality sublimation printing for vibrant, detailed all-over prints.
  • CUT — Printed fabric is cut according to garment size and production requirements.
  • SEW — Garments are assembled and finished by our sewing team.
  • QC — Finished products go through quality inspection before packing.
  • SHIP — Orders can be shipped according to the most suitable fulfillment route.

Advanced Printing Capability

Our sublimation production includes an advanced 8-color printing system, including fluorescent F. Pink and F. Yellow capability for designs that require additional color impact.

Production Capacity

IBUYTERO operates from Hải Phòng, Vietnam with approximately 50 team members. Depending on product style, order complexity and scheduling, our production network can support approximately 500–1,000 pieces per day. For larger programs, we can coordinate with experienced sewing partners in Vietnam to expand capacity while maintaining centralized production standards and quality control.

Production & Shipping

Typical production: 3–6 business days. Typical air shipping: approximately 10–14 days. Orders may ship directly from Vietnam or through the U.S. fulfillment setup depending on project requirements.
