- Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@ibuytero.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if the item is defective or damaged. We will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Refunds for Returned Items
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
ibuytero covers return shipping costs for all eligible returns. You will not incur any additional fees.
