From Print to Finished Pajamas

Every IBUYTERO pajama begins with a design and moves through a real production process. Rather than producing large quantities of every print in advance, many products are made after an order is placed. This allows IBUYTERO to offer a much wider range of designs while keeping production flexible.

Step 1 — The Design

Every product starts as a digital artwork file prepared for printing. The team checks print scale, placement, repeat and production requirements before the artwork moves into manufacturing.

Step 2 — We Print It

The artwork is printed using sublimation technology designed for detailed, vibrant all-over prints. Production includes advanced 8-color sublimation capability, including fluorescent F. Pink and F. Yellow for selected applications.

Step 3 — We Cut It

Once the printed material is ready, garment components are cut according to the required product and size. For made-to-order products, cutting takes place based on actual production demand rather than producing large amounts of every design in advance.

Step 4 — We Sew It

The cut components move to the sewing team where the garment is assembled and finished. Details such as piping, pockets, buttons, waistbands and seams are completed according to the construction requirements of each product.

Step 5 — Quality Check

Before packing, finished garments are inspected for manufacturing quality and overall appearance.

Step 6 — Packing & Shipping

Once production and inspection are complete, the order is packed and prepared for shipping. Depending on destination and fulfillment route, orders may ship through Vietnam or the U.S. fulfillment setup.
