We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us at support@ibuytero.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number (and a photo for any defective or damaged item). Valid returns are refunded to your original payment method.

2. Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items can be exchanged if in stock.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

4. Free Return Shipping

IBUYTERO® covers return shipping on all eligible returns — no extra fees.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Used items, or items returned after the 30-day window, are not eligible for a refund.
