Can I Cancel My Order?

Because many IBUYTERO products are produced specifically for each order, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at support@ibuytero.com immediately after placing it.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once production has started, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may instead review our 30-Day Returns Policy after receiving your order.
