I. How to Cancel an Order

  • Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • We will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is possible. If your order is still in the pre-production stage, we will do our best to cancel it.

II. If Cancellation Is Not Possible

If production has already begun, we encourage you to review our Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us at support@ibuytero.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the issue.

III. Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order (size, design, or customization details), please contact us immediately at support@ibuytero.com. Modifications may be possible if the order is still in the pre-production phase.
